He has been Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Oshkosh Corporation, a leading innovator of mission-critical vehicles and essential equipment, since February 2023. Mr. Cortina previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2016 to 2023. He has held various roles of increasing responsibility since joining Oshkosh Corporation in 2003. He has been a Director of IPL and WPL since 2023.
