Claiming your rebate is easy. Simply submit your claim form with the proper documentation, and your rebate will arrive six to eight weeks later on a pre-loaded Mastercard® Prepaid Card. It may be used wherever Mastercard® is accepted.
For rebates more than $500, a check will arrive by mail.
